主要从事动物性产品加工和功能肽等方面的教学和科研工作。

1、2019.9—2022.7，安徽农业大学，畜牧学专业，农学博士。

2、2022.7—至今，滁州学院，生物与食品工程学院，专任教师。

科研项目：

1、安徽省高校科研重点项目：滁菊多酚改善高脂饮食介导脂质代谢紊乱的机制研究，主持。

2、安徽省重点实验室自主创新专项：肉类预制菜风味品质劣变机制与保持技术研究，主持。

3、横向项目：鹅血清蛋白高值化加工关键技术研究，主持。

4、2023-2025-校级项目：肉类预制菜绿色加工关键技术研究，主持。

5、鹅高效安全养殖技术应用与示范，国家重点研发计划，参与。
